Country Manager France
FFrédéric started at Compuwave in 2014 as external consultant for the French market. He has an MBA degree from the French Elite Business School ESG in Paris. After 10 Years in software distribution working for many IT companies in Germany, Frédéric joined Compuwave where he has been successfully developing the French reseller market. Over the years, Fred has worked closely with the French team, delivering strong results. As of April 2022, he has been promoted to the leadership role of Country Manager France.
Marketing Executive France
With a Master’s degree in Languages and Communication from the prestigious University of Bologna, and several training sessions on marketing techniques under her belt, Enrica’s experience in marketing began in 2018 when she joined QBS. Starting as a Marketing Assistant, Enrica has, over the years, developed her communication skills and learnt to design and execute marketing campaigns, webinars as well as events, and to develop strategic promotional plans based on the publishers’ objectives. In 2021, she was promoted to the role of Marketing Executive France.
Stéphane de Cadoret
Holding a degree in accounting, Stéphane joined SienerInformatique in January 2016. He was also involved in the takeover of Sienerinformatique by the QBS group, which took place in February 2019.
Group Chief Executive Officer
With a 20-year background in leadership at several global technology firms and five years transforming regional distributors, Dave has a passion for software and is keen on data analytics and process automation in particular. He holds a BSc (Hons) from Lancaster University, an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and is on the Harvard Business School OPM programme. Dave was recognised by Bloomberg as a Breakaway CEO in the 2019 EMEA cohort and is a regional finalist in the EY 2021 Entrepreneur of the Year. He is a keen rackets and court tennis player.
Group Chief Operating Officer
With over 25 years’ experience in senior leadership roles across global multicultural environments, Kumar is adept at achieving sustainable business results. He has a proven track record for defining and delivering strategy, developing people, and managing transformational projects to improve business processes. Kumar is an avid cricket fan.
Group Chief People Officer
Colin has over twenty years’ experience in diverse roles across Business Operations and HR in the Information Technology industry. He works closely with the senior leadership team, providing end to end HR business advice, operational support and dealing with all vendor/customer contractual matters. With an impressive record of achievements, Colin has led HR functions to successfully deliver high quality services, ranging from organisational restructures and TUPE transfers, to the implementation of revised terms and conditions and new pay and grading structures.
Group Sustainability & Diversity Officer
Responsible for both the ESG and DEI programmes in QBS, Therese has a background in corporate identification and communication for a number of public sector and private companies. Therese supports the local community with several pro bono projects and is extremely passionate about sustainability and carbon neutrality. Therese has been the driving force behind QBS becoming independently certified as carbon neutral in 2021 and achieving a high score on the B Corporation impact assessment.
