GFI Archiver works alongside Microsoft Exchange, Office 365ô, Google Apps and other email servers to copy all sent and received emails to a separate server. This allows you to free up space on your email server for increased performance, while providing excellent scalability and reliability for your archive storage. Storage costs are significantly reduced with Single Instance Storage (SIS), which stores only one copy of an email sent to multiple recipients and compresses attachments.

Archiving, not just for email

The File Archive Assistant (FAA) allows users to do the following without interrupting workflow: share files and folders, automatically synchronise files between machines, automatically store files in a central archive and keep a complete history of files. GFI Archiver is also capable of archiving calendar entries from your mail server. FAA allows you to have your own corporate shared storage space without using a third party online storage provider. So your files never leave your company.
